Satake Australia's headquarters feature a large modern workshop covering an area of approximately 3000 square metres and containing some of the latest hi-tech engineering machinery and equipment available. 

A comprehensive spare parts inventory is held on site to provide quick and efficient turnaround.  

The offices include a spacious CAD drawing office, meeting rooms and a well equipped process testing facilities.

Wheat, Maize and Rice Milling

Supported by more than a century of experience and service to the milling industries, Satake is a world leader in the design and supply of mill process equipment.

Backed by the full resources of the Satake Corporation, the Milling Division is amongst the largest and most progressive of these engineering organisations in the world.

Our installations feature extremely efficient, robust machines, advanced process design and state-of-the-art automation.

Satake Australia has the resources to undertake the complex work of designing, manufacturing, erecting and commissioning complete new milling installations as well as existing mill reconstructions.

Feed Milling

Satake Australia designs and supplies process equipment from single machines to complete feed mills and feed lots for the animal feed industry.

Starting with consultation and an analysis of production requirements, a complete feed milling plant can be designed, supplied, erected and commissioned on time and within budget.

Continuous investment in research and development as well as key agencies in proven equipment has produced a range of important process technology for the animal feed industry. The machinery range includes pelleting presses, pellet coolers, mixers, grinders and sieves.

Dies and roll shells for most types of pelleting presses are available as is technical advice on problems associated with the feed industry.

Colour Sorting

Satake are a world leading manufacturer of colour sorting equipment. Our comprehensive range of machines allows us to select particular features for each application.

Our colour sorters are used on many different products, such as cereals, nuts, pulses, spices, beans, plastics and metals. 

Satake Australia offer test facilities, training and support from our Sydney facilities. 

Seed Cleaning

The Division offers a complete range of specialist process machinery, materials handling and conveying equipment for all types of seed grain as well as equipment for packing and bagging of the processed products.

A local design and manufacturing programme provides core process machinery along with a capability to build machinery customised to local requirements.

A selected range of agencies with leading machine manufacturers provides access to technology and experience being developed in other parts of the world.

The combination of experience in agricultural seed cleaning processes, the wide range of process machinery available. together with engineering and manufacturing capability, gives Satake Australia an unequalled ability to build complete agricultural seed processing plants.

Bulk Materials Storage & Processing

Satake Australia has an international reputation and wide ranging expertise in the design and supply of plants handling free flowing solids. These "state-of-the-art" installations catering for dry granular and powdered materials such as flour, sugar, coffee, milk powder, chemicals, plastics, minerals and soap powder.

If bulk storage, pneumatic or mechanical conveying, batch or continuous blending, packing and palletising are involved, Satake Australia has the "know-how" to provide solutions for these installations.

Satake Australia is able to offer a single company responsibility with in-house mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, after sales service along with spare parts support.

Weighing & Packing

Satake Australia provide a complete range of process control, process monitoring, yield management, weighing and feed rate control systems. These systems can be computer linked to give accurate process and accounting data.

We also offer packing machinery for granular and floury products, including high speed small bag packing, single spout packers, multi-head and carousel bag packers, stitching lines, palleting systems and metal detectors.
