Satake's Cleaning machines are designed for a wide range of applications such as:

Our Separation machines are capable of removing stones, foreign seeds, chaff and other contaminates from cereals, nuts, pulses, plastic pellets and many other granular products.

	SFI Milling Separator The Satake Milling Separator SFI is an all purpose separator designed for the efficient separation of large coarse material and small fine materials such as grit during the cereal cleaning process. The SFI can be adapted for use as a Silo Intake Separator and is also compatible with an Aspirator unit or with a Hopper at the stock outlet. (more)

	SCA Closed Circuit Aspirator The Satake Closed Circuit Aspirator SCA provides for the efficient, controlled separation of light impurities from cereals. Three inlet options enable a standalone application as well as compatibility with a Milling Separator or a Scouring Machine. Whether installed at the grain intake point or integrated into cereal cleaning system, the Satake SCA creates significant savings in energy, space and maintenance. (more)

	The Satake Gravity Selector (SGA-A) and Destoner (SGA-B) The SGA family can be used for the cleaning of a wide variety of products such as wheat, maize, rice, nuts and pulses. Configured as the Gravity Selector the machine not only gives a destoning separation, but also provides a separation of heavy and light product streams. As a Destoner the machine gives excellent stone separation at high capacities. (more)

	SHSA Horizontal Scourer The Satake Horizontal Scourer SHSA has been engineered to provide a thorough scouring and impacting effect on grain and is used in various places within grain cleaning plants. The machine will effectively remove outer husks and crease dirt by its intense scouring action and will reduce in size and therefore remove through the sieve apertures any mudballs, small friable seed impurities and any insect fragments. Similarly the impactor/scourer will break the weaker, insect damaged kernels and effectively eliminate them. (more)

	FDSA Drum Sieve The FDSA Drum Sieve is designed for removing large impurities from good product at high capacities. It is effective at removing rocks, stones, string, paper, timber, product lumps and other large impurities from a wide range of granular and ground raw materials commonly used in the stock feed, flour milling, food and chemical industries. 	Uniflow Length Grader The Uniflow Length Grader separates free flowing granular products such as wheat, barley, rice and pulses on the basis of length difference. They are available in models ranging from a single cylinder to twelve cylinders and with either parallel or series flow patterns. Features and options include quick change cylinders, removable weir plate for quick cleanout, high visibility outlet boxes and side cylinder removal. (more)
	Gravity Table Satake Australia Oliver Gravity Separators are used to separate dry bulk materials of similar particle size but different specific weight. Weight differences of as little as 1% can be detected and separated and particle sizes ranging from 200 microns to 15 millimetres can be processed. This provides accurate controlled separation of any type of product in flow-able, granular form removing impurities and unwanted foreign material, or upgrading and classifying the product. The Oliver Gravity Separators have a rectangular deck for greater capacity and accuracy. This provides maximum efficiency for the removal of light products from heavy materials. (more)
	TCAA Cascade / Multi Aspirator The Satake TCAA Multi-Aspirator is designed for removing light material from good product. It is effective at removing dust, shrivelled grain, straw and other high air resistance impurities from a wide range of granular products including pulse and cereal grains, grass and brassica seed and pellet and flake plastic. 	SLAA Leg Aspirator The Satake Air Leg Aspirator SLAA is designed for the effective separation of light impurities from granular materials. The Leg Aspirator SLAA is ideally suited for use in grain and pulse intake and grain and pulse cleaning plants. It is available as a ‘stand alone’ aspirator or may be used in conjunction with other Satake separators, debranners or scourers. (more)
